This Privacy Policy explains how ClipTours (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our service at cliptours.vercel.app (the “Service”).
1. What we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: your name, email address, brokerage, and plan.
- Uploaded content: listing photos you upload, stored as images in our database.
- Project/listing details: address, price, beds/baths/square footage, and description.
- Credit & billing data: your credit balance and transaction ledger.
2. How we use it
We use this information to operate the Service: to authenticate your account, generate AI tour videos from your uploaded photos and listing details, maintain your credit balance and transaction history, provide customer support, and secure the Service against abuse.
3. AI processing (Google)
To generate your tour videos, we send your uploaded listing photos and property descriptions to Google LLC’s Gemini API and Veo video-generation service. Google processes this content solely to generate the requested video and, per its retention practices, retains generated videos for approximately two days before deletion. We do not control Google’s independent use of data outside of providing this generation service to us.
4. Subprocessors
We use the following third-party subprocessors to provide the Service:

5. Cookies
We use only essential, HTTP-only session cookies required to keep you securely signed in. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies in the current release.
6. Data retention & deletion
We retain your account information for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, your projects, uploaded photos, listing details, and credit wallet are cascade-deleted along with it. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us using the details in Section 9.
7. Your rights (GDPR/CCPA)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; request a portable copy of your data; and opt out of the sale of personal data. We do not sell your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address in Section 9 and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
8. Security measures
We apply industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, including password hashing with scrypt, encrypted connections (HTTPS/HSTS) for all traffic, HTTP-only session cookies, rate limiting on API usage, and per-user data isolation so that accounts can only access their own projects and content. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
ClipTours is a business tool intended for real estate professionals and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
